These Regulations increase the fee for the registration of, or the variation of the registration of, a local bus service. The fee for a local bus service other than a community bus service is increased from £51 to £54 (an increase of 5.9%). The fees were last increased on 30th September 2005.

These Regulations also increase the fee for the registration of, or the variation of the registration of, a Community Bus Service other than a service supplied under an agreement providing for service subsidies. The fee is increased from £11 to £12 (an increase of 9.1%). The fees were last increased on 1st October 2004.
