Information obtained or received by a person authorised by the Chief Inspector as to whether the prescribed requirements for registration which applied to that person continue to be satisfied, and whether the person is complying with the requirements imposed on him by regulations under section 67 of the Act and any conditions of registration in the provision of childcare.
17. Information about any complaints that have been made to the Chief Inspector about the person.
