Amendments to the Court Funds Rules 1987

3.  The Court Funds Rules 1987 are amended as follows—

(a) for “minor”, wherever it appears, substitute “child”;

(b) for “minor’s”, wherever it appears, substitute “child’s”; and

(c) for “person under disability”, wherever it appears, substitute “person under a disability”.
