Citation, commencement, interpretation and extent

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Income-related Benefits (Subsidy to Authorities) Amendment Order 2007 and shall come into force on 1st April 2007.
(2) In this Order, “the 1998 Order” means the Income-related Benefits (Subsidy to Authorities) Order 1998(1).
(3) This Order extends to England and Wales.
