The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 201 of the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 20031.
She has consulted the National Assembly for Wales in accordance with section 201(2) of that Act2 and the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 19923:
