Anonymous registration: amendment to regulation 51

19.—(1) Regulation 51B(1) is amended as follows.

(2) After regulation 51B(1) insert–

“(1A) Paragraph (1) does not apply where an applicant has, or has applied for, an anonymous entry.”.

(3) Omit paragraph (2).
