Every local weights and measures authority is an enforcement authority for the purposes of this Part.

It is the duty of each enforcement authority to enforce in their area the duties under regulations 5(2), 5(5), F15A(2), 5A(3), 5A(4), 6(2), 9(2), 10, 16(2), 21(1), 23, 24 and 39(4).
