These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Renewal Grants (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 22^nd May 2008.

These Regulations apply to applications for grants which fall to be approved on or after 22^nd May 2008 by local housing authorities in England.
