5Transfer of Mental Health Review Tribunal functions

As regards England, where an order has been made under section 30 of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (transfer of functions of certain tribunals) transferring the functions of a Mental Health Review Tribunal for a region of England to the First-tier Tribunal established by section 3 of that Act (the First-tier Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal), the reference in section 72(4A) of the 1983 Act (powers of tribunals), as saved by this Order, to a Mental Health Review Tribunal shall be read as a reference to the First-tier Tribunal.
