Nothing in this Order shall affect the operation of section 31 (right of objection to ship, passenger and goods dues) of the 1964 Act.

Article 66 (arbitration) shall not apply to articles 35 to 40 or to the provisions of the 1847 Act incorporated in this Order by article 3 (incorporation of the Harbours, Docks and Piers Clauses Act 1847) which relate to those articles.
