61.  In section 105 of the Utilities Act 2000 M1 (general restrictions on disclosure of information), in subsection (6)—

(a) omit paragraph (k), and

(b) after paragraph (u) insert—

“(v) the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008;

(w) the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.”.
