Amendments to the Local Authority Targets (Well-Being of Young Children) Regulations 2007

3.  For paragraph (2) of regulation 1 of the principal Regulations substitute the following—

“(2) In these Regulations “early years foundation stage assessment scales” means the assessment scales described in Appendix 1 to the “Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage” document published by the Department for Children, Schools and Families in May 2008(1).”.
