Cancellation of elections3
Elections shall not be held in respect of the vacancies which, but for the amendments to the principal Order set out in paragraph 12(1)(c) of Schedule 1, would have arisen in respect of the registrant and alternate members who were due to vacate office at the end of 31st July 2008 and 31st July 2009.
