Under section 3(1) of the Parliamentary Constituencies Act 19861(“the 1986 Act”), the Boundary Commission for Northern Ireland have submitted to the Secretary of State a report dated 14th September 2007 showing the constituencies into which they recommend Northern Ireland should be divided, in accordance with that Act.

Under section 3(5) of the 1986 Act, the Secretary of State has laid a copy of the report before Parliament together with a draft of this Order to give effect, without modifications, to the recommendations in the report and the draft Order has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.

Accordingly, Her Majesty is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to make the following Order under section 4 of the 1986 Act:
