10. In regulation 2 (interpretation)—
(a)in paragraph (1)—
(i)after the definition of “electronic communication”(1) insert—
““the Employment and Support Allowance Regulations” means the Employment and Support Allowance Regulations 2008;”;
(ii)after the definition of “joint-claim couple”(2) insert—
““limited capability for work” has the same meaning as in section 1(4) of the Welfare Reform Act”; and
(iii)after the definition of “week” insert—
““the Welfare Reform Act” means the Welfare Reform Act 2007;”; and
(b)in paragraph (2)(b)(3) for “and a shared additional pension” substitute “, a shared additional pension or an employment and support allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act”.
