The Social Security (Recovery of Benefits) Act 1997 M1 is amended as follows.

In section 29 M2 (general interpretation) in the definition of “benefit” after “a jobseeker's allowance” insert “ , an employment and support allowance ”.

In Schedule 2 M3 (calculation of compensation payment) in column (2) (benefit) after the entry “Disablement pension payable under section 103 of the 1992 Act” insert the entry “ Employment and support allowance ”.
