Enforcement E+W+S

10.—(1) It is the duty of [F1 the Office of Rail and Road] to make adequate arrangements for the enforcement of regulations 8(3) and 9.

(2) The provisions of Schedule 2 apply in relation to the enforcement of regulations 8(3) and 9.
