Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 408, 537, 537A and 569 of the Education Act 19961.
In accordance with section 408(5) of that Act he has consulted with those with whom consultation appeared to be desirable.
