The formula used for the purpose of calculating the fee that shall be paid to the Chief Electoral Officer for Northern Ireland by a requestor prior to their being supplied with copies of the marked register or lists (or any relevant part those documents) under paragraph (3) of regulation 116 shall be the same as for calculation of the fee for sale of the full register and notices, set out in paragraph (5) of regulation 109.
