The form of the corresponding number list to be prepared by the returning officer under rule 19A58 of the elections rules shall be in Form G.

The form of the corresponding number list to be prepared by the returning officer for the purposes of rules 29(3)(e)59 and 37(1)(c)60of the elections rules shall be in Form H.

The form of the corresponding number list to be prepared by a returning officer under rule 19A of the elections rules, when a parliamentary election is combined with another poll under section 15 of the 1985 Act61 shall be in Form J.

The form of the corresponding number list to be prepared by a returning officer for the purposes of rules 29(3)(e) and 37(1)(c) of the elections rules, when a parliamentary election is combined with another poll under section 15 of the 1983 Act shall be in Form K.
