These Regulations may be cited as the Rochdale Sixth Form College (Government) Regulations 2008 and come into force on 1st August 2008.

The Instrument of Government and Articles of Government of the further education corporation established under the name of “the Rochdale Sixth Form College”2 shall be as set out in Schedules 1 and 2 to these Regulations respectively.
