General interpretation
This section has no associated Explanatory Memorandum
2. In this Order—
“the Act” means the Serious Crime Act 2007;
“party under section 24(2)” means a person who is entitled to appeal by virtue of section 24(2) of the Act;
“person who is a party to the appeal” means—
(a)
the person who is the subject of a serious crime prevention order,
(b)
the relevant applicant authority, or
(c)
a party under section 24(2),
who is a party to the appeal in question whether as an appellant or otherwise.
