11. In regulation 4(6)(a) of the Asylum Support Regulations 2000(1) (persons excluded from support)—
(a)after sub-paragraph (i) omit “or”; and
(b)after sub-paragraph (ii) add—
“or
(iii)income-related employment and support allowance payable under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007;”.
