Amendment of the Community Legal Service (Financial) Regulations 2000

13.  In regulation 4(2) of the Community Legal Service (Financial) Regulations 2000 M1 (eligibility, assessment, contributions)—

(a) after sub-paragraph (b) omit “, or”; and

(b) after sub-paragraph (c) insert—

“; or

(d) income-related employment and support allowance payable under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007,”.
