These Regulations do not have effect in relation to a request for a copy of the marked register or lists that was made in accordance with regulation 117(3) of the Representation of the People (England and Wales) Regulations 20015, or regulation 117(3) of the Representation of the People (Scotland) Regulations 20016, and received by a relevant registration officer before the coming into force of these Regulations7.
