14. In Schedule 2 (determination of annual and initial payments)—
(a)in paragraph 1(2) omit the definition of “the certification date”; and
(b)for paragraph 10(ba)(1) substitute—
“(ba)for “regulation 17(2) and (3)” in each place, substitute “regulation 18(4)”;”.
Paragraph (ba) was inserted by S.I. 2007/3581.
