Amendment of regulation 5
3. In regulation 5(3) (modifications of section 76(7) of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988)—
(a)in sub-paragraph (a), for “(b)” substitute “(c)”, and
(b)in sub-paragraph (b), the inserted paragraph (d) becomes inserted paragraph (e).
