2. In Schedule 2 (Proscribed Organisations) to the Terrorism Act 2000(1), for “Hizballah External Security Organisation” substitute “The military wing of Hizballah, including the Jihad Council and all units reporting to it (including the Hizballah External Security Organisation).”.
