1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Income-related Benefits (Subsidy to Authorities) Amendment Order 2008 and shall come into force on 28th February 2008.
(2) This Order shall have effect from 1st April 2006.
(3) In this Order, “the principal Order” means the Income-related Benefits (Subsidy to Authorities) Order 1998(1).
