Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 47C(1) and (2), 73(4), (6) and (7), 75(2), 75B(4), (7) and (8), 75D(2) and 99(1) and (2) of the Employment Rights Act 19961.
In accordance with section 236(3)2 of that Act, a draft of these Regulations was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
