These Regulations amend the Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) Regulations 2005 (S.I. 2005/1378 as amended by S.I. 2006/2894, S.I. 2007/2326 and S.I. 2008/139) (the “principal Regulations”).

The Regulations introduce charges for five new classes of wireless telegraphy licence. The Regulations also remove from the principal Regulations the Business Radio (Standard) class.
