This Order may be cited as the Copyright (Certification of Licensing Scheme for Educational Recording of Broadcasts) (Educational Recording Agency Limited) (Revocation and Amendment) Order 2008 and shall come into force on 1st April 2008.

The 2005 Order is revoked.

For paragraph 8 of the licensing scheme set out in the Schedule to the 2007 Order substitute the paragraph set out in the Schedule to this Order.
