Coming into force

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 42(2), (8) and (9) of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 M1.

The Secretary of State has consulted with such organisations which appear to the Secretary of State to be representative of the authorities concerned with these Regulations in so far as they relate to housing benefit M2.
