The Lord Chancellor makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred on him by paragraph 11(1) of Schedule 4 to the Transport Act 19851 and after consultation with the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council in accordance with paragraph 24(1) of Schedule 7 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 20072.
