For the purposes of section 4(1)(e) of the Petroleum Act 1998, the model clauses prescribed for F1seaward area production licences are those set out in the Schedule.
(2)
The model clauses prescribed for such licences by regulation 3(3) to (6) of, and Schedules 2 to 5 to, the Petroleum Licensing (Exploration and Production) (Seaward and Landward Areas) Regulations 20043 shall not apply in relation to any licence granted after the commencement of these Regulations.
