Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5(1)(a) and (h), 6(1)(a) and (h), 113, 122E(3), 189(1) and (4) to (6) and 191 of the Social Security Administration Act 19921.
The Social Security Advisory Committee has agreed that the proposals in respect of these Regulations should not be referred to it2.
In accordance with section 176(1) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992, the Secretary of State has consulted with organisations which appear to him to be representative of the authorities concerned3.
