The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Order in exercise of powers conferred by sections 10 of the Highways Act 19801 and all other enabling powers :-

This Scheme may be cited as the A556 Trunk Road (Church Farm-Turnpike Wood, Over Tabley) Order 1996 (Revocation) Order 2008 and shall come into force on 7th March 2008.

The A556 Trunk Road (Church Farm-Turnpike Wood, Over Tabley) Order 19962 is hereby revoked.
