1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Private and Voluntary Health Care (England) Amendment Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 1st October 2008.
(2) These Regulations apply in relation to England.
(3) In these Regulations, “the 2001 Regulations” means the Private and Voluntary Health Care (England) Regulations 2001(1).
