12. Notwithstanding the revocation of regulation 110 of the 1997 Regulations, paragraph (5) of that regulation shall continue to apply to a person who was a member of the Local Government Pension Scheme constituted under the Local Government Pension Scheme Regulations 1995(1) immediately before 1st April 1998.
