The Housing Benefit (Persons who have attained the qualifying age for state pension credit) Regulations 20069 are amended as follows.

In regulation 64(1) (time and manner in which claims are to be made), for “twelve months” substitute “three months”.

In regulation 64(13)(b), for “the day 52 weeks” substitute “the day 3 months”.
