22. In regulation 7(1) of the Social Security (Payments on account, Overpayments and Recovery) Regulations 1988(1) (duplication and prescribed income) for “and income-based jobseeker’s allowance” substitute “, income-based jobseeker’s allowance, income-related employment and support allowance”.
