Transitional provisions in relation to transfer of child support functions

16. During the period from the coming into force of these Regulations to the date on which section 13 of the Child Maintenance and Other Payments Act 2008(1) (transfer of child support functions to the Commission) comes into force, any reference in these Regulations to the Commission is to be read as a reference to the Secretary of State.
