323.  In regulation 5 (appeals against certificates)—

(a)for paragraph (1) substitute—

(1) An appeal against a certificate made in accordance with Tribunal Procedure Rules must be made on a form approved by the Secretary of State and sent to the Compensation Recovery Unit.; and

(b)omit paragraph (4).
