18. If a party is granted funding of legal services at any time, that party must as soon as practicable—
(a)(i)if [F1civil legal services (within the meaning of section 8 of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012) are provided under arrangements made for the purposes of Part 1 of that Act or by] the Northern Ireland Legal Services Commission, send a copy of the [F2certificate or] funding notice to the Upper Tribunal; or
(ii)if funding is granted by the Scottish Legal Aid Board, send a copy of the legal aid certificate to the Upper Tribunal; and
(b)notify every other party in writing that funding has been granted.
