These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No.6) Regulations 2008.

Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations shall come into force on 17th November 2008.

Regulations 7(7) and 8(7) shall come into force on 6th April 2009.
