111.  The Pensions Schemes Act 1993(1) is amended as follows.

1993 c.48. Section 170 was substituted by paragraph 131 of Schedule 7 to the Social Security Act 1998 (c.14). Section 171A was inserted by section 18 of, and paragraph 20 of Schedule 7 to, the Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc) Act 1999 (c.2).
