122. The Criminal Injuries Compensation Act 1995(1) is amended as follows.
1995 c.53. The definition of “adjudicator” in section 1(4) and section 5 were amended, and subsections (1A) and (1B) of section 5 were inserted, by paragraph 2 of Schedule 10 to the Scotland Act 1998 (Cross-Border Public Authorities) (Adaptation of Functions etc) Order 1999 (S.I. 1999/1747).
