In section 326A(6) (unopposed appeals)—
a
in paragraph (a) for “to the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal” substitute “against a decision of a local education authority in England”; and
b
in paragraph (b) for “to the Special Educational Needs Tribunal for Wales, by the National Assembly for Wales” substitute “against a decision of a local education authority in Wales, by the Welsh Ministers”.
