In section 13 (redetermination etc of appeals by tribunal)61—

a

in subsection (1) for the words from “to a person” to the end substitute “to the First-tier Tribunal for permission to appeal to the Upper Tribunal from any decision of the First-tier Tribunal under section 12 or this section”;

b

omit subsection (2); and

c

in subsection (3)—

i

for “the person” substitute “the First-tier Tribunal”; and

ii

for “tribunal” substitute “First-tier Tribunal”.
