65. In section 134(3) (correspondence of patients)—
(a)in paragraph (d) for “a Mental Health Review Tribunal” substitute “the First-tier Tribunal or the Mental Health Review Tribunal for Wales”; and
(b)after paragraph (h) insert—
“and for the purposes of paragraph (d) above the reference to the First-tier Tribunal is a reference to that tribunal so far as it is acting for the purposes of any proceedings under this Act or paragraph 5(2) of the Schedule to the Repatriation of Prisoners Act 1984(1).”
